Today, Realtordenia brings together nearly four decades of experience in Costa Blanca property.

Property development & renovation
Building and construction work is now carried out through specialist subcontractors.
In 1997, I created Costa Mediterraneo Villas SL, focusing mainly on the renovation of villas and residential extensions.
My brother, originally from Stockholm, Sweden, joined the company as an employee and helped me develop the business.

During this period I also completed the examination to become an official estate agent through G.I.P.E., a qualification I continue to hold today.
Stirling Ackroyd Spain
A chapter in my history
In 2012, I entered into a partnership with James Goff, founder and owner of Stirling Ackroyd in the UK, establishing Stirling Ackroyd Spain.
I became Managing Director of the Spanish operation, overseeing the offices in Ibiza, Moraira and Dénia.

Those ten years established the foundation of my career in Costa Blanca property and gave me an in-depth understanding of the local market and its international buyers.

I have been a licensed professional estate agent through G.I.P.E. since 1996. I am fluent in English, German and Spanish, with a perfect understanding of the local Valenciano dialect.
