Costa Mediterraneo Villas SL brings together 30 years of experience in the construction and transformation of private homes across the Costa Blanca.
Our work ranges from individually designed, built-to-specification villas to carefully considered extensions, substantial renovations and more focused improvements. A new home, an additional living space, a garage or covered terrace, a complete refurbishment, or simply a kitchen, bathroom or essential repair — every project is approached with the same attention to detail and quality of execution.
We work closely with respected architects, designers, engineers and specialist craftsmen, bringing together the right professionals for each project. This collaborative approach combines architectural vision with practical construction experience, ensuring that the finished result is considered not only aesthetically, but as a home.
Our experience has been built through projects of very different scales and complexities. A chapter in my history
In 2012, I entered into a partnership with James Goff, founder and owner of Stirling Ackroyd in the UK, establishing Stirling Ackroyd Spain.
I became Managing Director of the Spanish operation, overseeing the offices in Ibiza, Moraira and Dénia.
